Monday saw the first snowfall of the winter in Liss. About an inch fell during the night and the early morning. Mr Stanley went out onto the playground and took some photos before school. By lunchtime it had rained and all of the snow had turned into a wet sludge. However, more substantial snow has been forecast for tomorrow (Friday) so we will hopefully have some more photos to post for our friends in Kafuro. It has also been very cold with temperatures regularly below freezing unlike Uganda where we have noticed that the temperature is regularly in the 80s.
