This week the Year 6 children in MG have been put through their paces by the Bikeability team. The week began with an afternoon on the school playground where the children were taught how to look after their bikes and assessed for their cycling ability.
On the following days they set out in small groups to learn about cycling safely on the roads around Liss. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t kind to us on a couple of days but they all did extremely well.
All of the children achieved a level one and the majority of them passed the level 2 test.
A big well done to all of them and a great incentive to get them all cycling safely to school for the rest of the year!
Maybe the children in Kafuro can tell us how they travel to school?
