Honey tasting at Liss

Last night Mr Haycock and Mr Stanley took a frame of capped honey from one of our hives and extracted the honey. This morning Mr Haycock put the honey into cups and took one cup to each class for the children to taste. The general view was that the honey was very sweet and of good quality. Mr Stanley and Mrs Green are hoping to bring a jar of Liss honey with them to Kafuro later this month. Here are some photos of the children tasting the honey in Class AS.
